Hello Preschool Friends and Families,

Happy Friday! I didn't get to go for a long walk with Zoey yesterday as the weather wasn't great. I spent most of the day researching new activities for you to do while away from school so you can continue learning!

I hope today's ideas provide some more fun activities for you and my friends. I provided a lot of resources today since it is Friday and you may be in need of some more activities over the weekend. Please remember these are all just suggestions for you to have in one location, if you find, that you need additional resources for your child.

I will continue to send a morning email each school day with a links to this page, my video, along with Mrs. Cosgrove's morning message. Please continue to email me your pictures. I love seeing your faces!

Remember that I am only an email away from answering any questions or concerns that may arise. Enjoy your day and the weekend! Hopefully, everyone will be able to get outside while practicing social distancing.

Suggested Activities

ABCYA - Letter Review

Board Games/Puzzles

Playing board games such as Bingo, Lucky Ducks, Uno, CandyLand are a great activities to have your child learn skills such as turn taking, waiting turns, cooperation with others, and language. In addition, many games encourage skill development such as colors, shapes, number and letter recognition.

If you do not have any board games, you could use playing cards/die to count out household objects and toys. For example, place cards face down turn over and the card reads a 3 - child can look around house for three items.
